About the Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing digital products. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating intuitive, accessible interfaces. This role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and AI innovation — requiring someone comfortable working across multiple digital platforms and collaborative environments.

Required Qualifications
- A proven track record as a UX/UI Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric design for web and/or mobile applications

- Expertise in Figma

- Exceptional communication skills

- Ability to collaborate efficiently across teams

- Deep understanding of UX research, usability testing, and iterative design methodologies

- Ability to synthesize feedback and adapt designs quickly to evolving requirements

- Proactive in solving design bottlenecks


Preferred skills and qualifications

- Experience with AI or data-driven products

- Comfort working in fast-paced, collaborative remote environments
