About the Role

We are currently recruiting Casuals for our Business Banking Associate role based in Sydney at South Eveleigh Office.


Do Work that Matters 

As an Associate within our Business Banking contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our small and medium business customers hear when the contact us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments.

You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:

  • Corporate Card Enquiries
  • Technical support
  • Simple customer service enquiries

Casual positions are available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week. Monday to Friday, 7am to 9pm

Weekends 8am to 8pm.

This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and the office in South Eveleigh.

Hours and training

To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:

  • Available to work minimum 10 hours per week, with flexibility to choose your own shifts
  • Available to work from the South Eveleigh office for 50% of your working hours
  • Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
  • Training will commence from the start date with all new starters undergoing mandatory training for 4 weeks Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
  • Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period.
  • Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills
