About the Role
WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Provides prompt, friendly, and professional food and beverage service to guests while creating a welcoming and engaging dining experience.
- Takes accurate food and beverage orders, communicates effectively with bartenders and kitchen staff, and assists with beverage preparation and delivery.
- Processes guest transactions accurately using POS systems and handles cash, credit, and comp transactions in accordance with financial control procedures.
- Engages guests in friendly conversation, uses guest names when appropriate, and provides personalized service throughout the visit.
- Monitors guest alcohol consumption and intervene as necessary in accordance with responsible service guidelines.
- Promotes current property events, programs, and promotions and recognizes repeated or valued guests to ensure elevated service.
- Assists with setup and breakdown of dining areas and ensures tables are properly set and guest-ready according to venue standards.
- Maintains a clean, organized service station and assists with dining room cleanliness, including host stand and beverage areas, in accordance with health standards.
- Restocks dishes, utensils, beverage station supplies, and service items throughout the shift and at close of business.
- Ensures sanitation practices are followed, including timely replacement of sanitation buckets and silverware soak water per Department of Health standards.
- Performs additional job-related duties as assigned.

- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One to three months of related experience preferred; prior experience in a high-volume serving environment strongly preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English clearly.
- Excellent guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to accurately count money and make change.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, crowded, and noisy environment with exposure to bright lights.
- Ability to respond to visual and verbal cues and work in confined spaces as needed.
- Physical ability to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to approximately 35 pounds and frequent bending, reaching, and standing.
