⚒ Rejoindre Stanley Black & Decker en tant que Chargé. RH, c'est :

  • Assister le Responsable Ressources Humaines dans la gestion quotidienne des ressources humaines et assurer l'accueil sur le site
  • Contribuer à la gestion administrative du personnel.

Missions :

  • Gestion du personnel intérimaire
  • Gestion administrative du plan de formation
  • Gestion des stagiaires et alternants
  • Administration du personnel (en back-up du titulaire)
  • Accueil / communication (en back-up du titulaire)
  • Veille juridique
  • Gestion des visites
  • Administration du personnel et des ressources humaines 

⚒ Qui êtes-vous ?

🔹 Formation en Gestion du Personnel / RH / administration

🔹 Vous avez une expérience d'au-moins 2 ans en Ressources Humaines

🔹 Excellente maîtrise du pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

🔹 Faire preuve de dynamisme, rigueur, et d’un bon sens de l’organisation

🔹 Avoir un bon relationnel

🔹 Bonne aisance rédactionnelle et orthographique
