About the Role:
Join the MB Roland Distillery team as a Tour Guide/Retail Employee, where you'll share our passion for craft spirits with visitors. This exciting role combines storytelling with customer engagement, making every tour an unforgettable experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and informative distillery tours for guests of all ages.
- Provide exceptional customer service in our retail shop, assisting with product selection.
- Educate visitors about the distillation process and the history of MB Roland Distillery.
- Manage retail inventory and ensure the shop is well-stocked and organized.
- Handle cash and process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Promote our products and special events to enhance customer experience.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve visitor engagement.
- Other duties as directed by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in hospitality or retail is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential.
- Ability to engage and entertain diverse audiences during tours.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling is beneficial.
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
- Comfortable with working outside.
- Must be at least 21 years old.

Compensation: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour
