About the Role

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour DOE

Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative in our fast-paced call

center environment! This energetic role is perfect for individuals who thrive on

diverse clients. As a vital link between A-One Refrigeration and its customers, you

will deliver exceptional support, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to

building lasting client relationships. Whether bilingual or multilingual, your

language skills will enhance our ability to serve a broad customer base. This paid

position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales and customer support

Responsibilities

 Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating

excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

 Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving

issues, and offering tailored solutions

 Conduct data entry accurately into our systems, maintaining detailed

records of all customer interactions

 Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to promote additional

products or services that meet client needs

 Collaborate with CSR Department manager and CSR team members to

improve call center processes and enhance overall customer experience

Experience

 Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not

required; training provided for motivated candidates

 Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse

clientele effectively.

 Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for

data entry and documentation

 Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while

maintaining quality service

 Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous but not

mandatory

 Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions

with confidence

Starting pay reflects entry-level skills, with higher compensation available for

candidates with advanced experience. Applicants must have at least 3 years of

office experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and

Outlook. HVAC experience is preferred. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
