Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. is seeking experienced Commercial Plumbing Install Technicians to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing commercial plumbing systems in new construction and renovation projects. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their workmanship, work well with others, and are committed to delivering high quality installations safely and efficiently.
A $5,000 signing bonus is available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial plumbing systems including water lines, drain lines, gas lines, fixtures, and related components.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Assemble, install, and repair pipes, fittings, valves, and plumbing fixtures.
- Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe using hand and power tools.
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites.
- Ensure all plumbing installations meet local codes and company standards.
- Troubleshoot installation issues and assist with resolving job site challenges.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
- Complete daily job documentation and material tracking accurately.
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and with quality workmanship.
Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial plumbing installation experience preferred.
- Experience working on commercial construction projects required.
- Ability to read blueprints and plumbing schematics.
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, materials, and installation methods.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor in various job site conditions.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
