About the Role

Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our dynamic warehouse team to help with shipping, receiving, and inventory management. This is a first shift opportunity in a temperature-controlled warehouse with long-term advancement opportunities.
Essential FunctionsThis job will be expected to complete the following functions. This is not an all-inclusive list. This job may be assigned other functions or tasks. This is meant to be a general description of the most essential functions only.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and materials to ensure accuracy
- Manage and organize inventory
- Prepare outbound shipments to be sent to customers
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to move and stage products safely and efficiently
- Assist the invoicing team for daily shipments
- Utilize Microsoft Dynamics, Great Plains, and BarTender for tracking inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ Years of experience in warehouse
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs
- Effective problem solving skills
- Forklift certification preferred but not required
