WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

As a Administrative Support Control Tower you are responsible for monitoring special transports and providing technical assistance as a core activity. You will have these main tasks:

• You will monitor the company's special shipments;

• You will monitor cargo on all possible transport routes: roads / train / boat;

• You will monitor technical problems and/or accidents in traffic, providing support and assistance;

• You will monitor fuel levels and manage the consumption of refrigeration aggregates;

• You will manage the alarms generated by the system as soon as possible, respecting all working procedures and instructions in place;

WHAT YOU ARE OFFERING

As the first point of contact for our drivers and carriers for their operational daily activities, you show a hands-on mentality in which accuracy and customer orientation are of paramount importance. Even when things get busier, you manage to speak to carriers and drivers with the necessary maturity, independence and professionalism. Since you deal with national and international drivers and customers, you can easily address them in Romanian and English, both verbally and in writing. You need to have good knowledge of PC usage: Microsoft Office; You also have the skills to solve everyday challenges quickly and efficiently and adapt to different situations;
