About the Role

YOUR CHALLENGES

As a Control Tower Officer, you are responsible for monitoring special transports and providing technical assistance as a core activity.

What does this mean specifically:

  • Monitors the company's special shipments;

  • Monitors cargo on all possible transport routes: roads / train / boat;

  • Monitors technical problems and/or accidents in traffic, providing support and assistance;

  • Monitor fuel levels and manage the consumption of refrigeration aggregates;

  • Manage the alarms generated by the system as soon as possible, respecting all working procedures and instructions in place;

YOUR TALENTS

  • You have knowledge of PC usage: Microsoft Office

  • You have skills to solve everyday challenges quickly and efficiently

  • You can adapt to different stress situations

  • You speak fluent English

  • You have knowledge of transport

  • You manage to speak to carriers and drivers with the necessary maturity, independence and professionalism, even when the things get busier.
