Job Description
As the Senior Marketing Officer, Continental Europe (CE), you will support the Regional Marketing Lead, Continental Europe in the delivery of an extensive marketing agenda for the region. You’ll support the commercial ambition of the cluster by working collaboratively with other team members, both regionally and at a Group level, to execute tailored regional marketing and communications activity that:
- Deliver best in class local campaigns designed to directly support the CE commercial agenda and whenever needed more broadly across the region
- Raise awareness of the IQ-EQ brand and its employees
- Support the end-to-end marketing needs of the region across all key focus areas – marketing, events, PR, communications and digital marketing
Tasks
- You’ll support the Regional Marketing Lead in planning and delivering the regional marketing agenda, ensuring alignment with Group Marketing strategies across multiple jurisdictions.
- You’ll take ownership of key marketing initiatives, including multi‑channel campaigns, events, sponsorships, digital activities, and thought leadership, driving brand awareness and growth.
- You’ll act as the primary regional marketing contact, building strong stakeholder relationships, supporting local plans, and identifying opportunities for cross‑regional collaboration.
- You’ll manage day‑to‑day operations, including budget tracking, supplier engagement, campaign calendars, reporting, and ensuring all activities meet IQ‑EQ standards.
- You’ll provide administrative and team support while role‑modelling company values (Authentic, Bold, Collaborative) and contributing to sustainable, profitable growth.

Qualifications
- You bring 5+ years’ experience in marketing (in‑house or agency), with strong stakeholder management skills across cross‑cultural environments and the confidence to challenge perspectives to drive results.
- You demonstrate excellent communication, writing, and editing skills, with creativity in developing impactful marketing content; a CIM qualification (or similar) and additional languages (e.g., French) are advantageous.
- You are proficient or familiar with digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Staffbase, Canva) and possess strong project and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
- You are proactive, self‑motivated, and resilient, able to work independently and within remote teams while maintaining high integrity and professionalism.
- You bring a commercial, agile, and creative mindset, with a positive, “can‑do” attitude, global perspective, local focus, and strong team collaboration skills.
