Larson Automotive Group is hiring a Hyundai Service Manager for a store with real opportunity—and the right leader can make a measurable impact quickly.

What You’ll Own

  • Daily operations of a high-volume service department 
  • Performance and development of advisors and technicians 
  • KPI improvement: CSI, ELR, efficiency, and overall profitability 
  • Process implementation and consistency across the department 
  • Customer experience from write-up to delivery 
  • Building a strong, accountable, team-focused culture 

What Success Looks Like

  • Bringing structure and consistency to daily operations 
  • Annual Salary: $120,000 – $175,000 
  • Setting clear expectations and following through 
  • Developing people and strengthening the team 
  • Driving measurable improvements in performance and profitability 

What We’re Looking For

  • Service Manager or senior fixed ops leadership experience 
  • Strong understanding of dealership service operations 
  • Track record of improving KPIs and team performance 
  • Comfortable with financials, forecasting, and expense control 
  • Confident, hands-on leadership style

Requirements

 

 

  • Proven success in automotive service management within a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment. 
  • Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to motivate employees and drive performance. 
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building trust, resolving concerns, and delivering an outstanding client experience. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and dealership leadership. 
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair processes. 
  • Strong financial and operational management skills, including budgeting, expense control, and profitability analysis. 
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment while effectively solving complex operational challenges. 
  • Thorough understanding of industry regulations, workplace safety standards, and compliance requirements.
