We are now looking for a suitable person to fill the following position in the School of Arts and Social Sciences:



Major Duties and Responsibilities 
The appointee will be responsible mainly for the following:

  • contributing to the creation of attractive contents, including texts and graphics for the Department;

  • assisting in photo and video editing, shooting, and production for the Department; 

  • following the direction of supervisor(s) to complete tasks for the Department;

  • supporting events/ activities for the Department; and 

  • performing any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
     

 
Candidates
Candidates should possess the following qualifications, experience and competence:

  • full-time students of the University and preferably with training in Creative Advertising and Media Design;

  • good interpersonal and communication skills;

  • good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; 

  • able to work as a team or independently;

  • strong self-discipline to finish tasks before deadlines;

  • skillful at photo and video editing, shooting and production; and

  • creative, independent, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
     

 
 
Duration of Appointment
The appointee(s) will be required to work for the period from 6 July 2026 to 31 July 2026.
 
 
Terms and Conditions for Appointment
Successful candidates will be appointed on a temporary part-time contract at a rate of HK$75 per hour. Benefits will be provided in accordance with the statutory provisions.
