Country Manager Iberia

About this role
The challenge
As Country Manager, Iberia, you’ll lead Plenit, formerly Jotelulu’s growth strategy across Spain and Portugal, owning the region’s Go-To-Market execution, commercial performance, and market expansion. Your mission will be to position Plenit as the preferred operating platform for MSPs, ISVs, VARs, and IT Service Providers across Iberia, driving revenue growth, partner acquisition, and long-term market leadership. You’ll combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, acting as both a business leader and a trusted advisor to the IT channel ecosystem.
You’ll build, lead, and scale the Iberia organization across Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success, creating a high-performing and low-ego culture focused on execution, accountability, and partner obsession. This is a highly entrepreneurial and operational role, requiring someone capable of closing strategic opportunities personally while simultaneously building the structure, processes, and team needed to scale sustainably. You’ll spend significant time in the field, working directly with partners, understanding their business realities, and helping shape solutions that drive their growth.
Collaboration will be essential. You’ll work closely with Leadership, Product, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and global Go-To-Market teams to ensure the voice of Iberia is reflected in Plenit’s strategy, roadmap, and execution priorities. You’ll also act as the face of the company in the region, building trusted relationships across the IT ecosystem, including vendors, distributors, associations, communities, and strategic channel partners.

We are looking for a Country Manager, Iberia with a strong commercial mindset, deep channel expertise, and the ability to build and scale a high-growth regional business. The ideal candidate combines leadership, operational rigor, and hands-on sales execution to accelerate Plenit’s position as a category leader in the Iberian IT ecosystem.
Relevant experience and expected outcomes:
Leading B2B technology or cloud businesses within the IT channel ecosystem, achieving ambitious growth targets across revenue, partnerships, and market expansion.
Personally driving strategic sales opportunities and complex negotiations, with a proven track record as a top commercial performer.
Building and scaling commercial teams across Sales, Marketing, and/or Partner Success, creating strong execution cultures and high-performing organizations.
Operating within the MSP, ISV, VAR, distribution, or cloud ecosystem, with deep understanding of partner business models and market dynamics.
Managing regional or country-level business operations, balancing commercial growth, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability.

Build and maintain strategic relationships across the Iberian IT ecosystem, increasing Plenit’s visibility, trust, and influence within the channel.
Lead high-impact commercial conversations and negotiations, driving pipeline progression and closing strategic opportunities.
Translate partner feedback and market insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Operations, and GTM improvements.
Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, fostering accountability, collaboration, speed, and customer obsession.
Communicate effectively across executive, technical, and commercial stakeholders in multicultural and fast-paced environments.
