Sr / Principal Pharma Industry Business Impact Lead (CSM)

Mission
As a Pharma Industry Business Impact Lead (BIL), you are the senior industry authority responsible for long-term value realization and strategic account development across Fortune 500 clients within Pharma and Life Sciences vertical.
This role goes beyond a traditional Customer Success Manager profile, combining strategic account leadership, executive advisory, and industry authority.
While Domain BILs drive deployment and operational leadership, the Industry BIL drives executive alignment, value delivery, strategic account planning, and readying accounts for expansion and renewal.
The mission is to convert usage into measurable business impact, act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and position Aily as a strategic partner embedded in the client’s decision ecosystem. Internally, you represent the voice of the industry to ensure our product and value narrative remain aligned with sector priorities.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Serve as trusted partner and AI advisor to executive leaders at Fortune 500 companies to champion value delivery from the Aily App.
Leverage biopharma industry expertise to understand business challenges translate them into AI solutions to achieve measurable business value
Coordinate Aily efforts across the account, ensuring alignment across all domains, and partner closely with the Account Executive to drive account renewal and expansion.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive Relationships & Trusted Advisory
Build and sustain trusted relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders
Develop executive champions
Embed AI into governance forums and performance discussions
Advise clients on how AI accelerates value within their industry context
Industry Authority in the Room Internally and Externally
Bring deep understanding of industry value chains, economics, and performance drivers
Map executive routines and governance structures to identify high-impact decision moments
Align Aily insights to industry-specific strategic priorities and P&L levers
Provide dotted-line leadership to Domain BILs across the account, ensuring a coherent value narrative
Coordinate cross-domain impact tracking and executive positioning
Translate biopharma industry knowledge and market dynamics into product refinement and industry-specific positioning
Champion ROAI for our customers
Orchestrate Aily’s engagement with customers to ensure value delivery
Partner closely with Aily App users to identify and document impact and quantifiable value
Serve as the voice of the customer within Aily to help drive product evolution
Lead large-scale adoption and advocacy initiatives
Your profile
Must have:
7+ years of experience in the pharma industry with deep understanding of industry economics and executive governance
Proven track record with Fortune 500 pharma clients in the target industry
Strong executive presence with the ability to build lasting C-level relationships
Clear accountability for value realization and measurable outcomes
Comfortable operating autonomously in complex enterprise environment
Extreme ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes, value delivery, and account growth
Strongly Preferred:
Background in strategy consulting or customer success
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, portfolio strategy, and/or business development
MBA or other related academic experience
AI savvy mindset with experience using AI to solve real-world business challenges
Exposure to enterprise SaaS environments
Experience mentoring, leading, or scaling small teams or domain practices
