Associate Consultant Transaction Advisory / Strategy (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You support management teams and investors in the development of commercial, digital, tech, and data due diligence analyses for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• You analyze (digital) business models for leading private equity clients in an international environment.
• You support the development of equity stories and digital value creation initiatives for portfolio companies of our private equity clients.
• You identify consulting needs, structure complex problems, and contribute to the development of strategic solutions.
• You analyze the strategic impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on business models and its application fields.
• You collaborate closely with our internal digital, data, and strategy expert teams.
• You prepare presentations and analyses for client projects and support workshops, meetings, research initiatives, and business analyses.

What we require:

• You hold a very good university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (a Master’s degree with a focus on (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, or digital marketing is a plus).
• You bring initial practical experience in (digital) strategy consulting, transaction advisory, consulting, or digital marketing, for example through internships or working student positions.
• You demonstrate a strong affinity for technology, particularly in digital marketing, tech, or AI.
• You possess strong analytical skills combined with creative and conceptual thinking.
• You have very strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• You stand out through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You work in a service-oriented and team-oriented manner and demonstrate high motivation and passion for your work.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
