Job description & Summary:

We are seeking a smart and motivated individual to manage day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will hold a graduation or higher degree and possess strong organizational and management skills.

Responsibilities: 

Oversee and manage daily operational tasks. 

  • Coordinate effectively with clients as well as internal teams to ensure smooth workflows. 

  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). 

  • Prepare and maintain accurate MIS reports to track records and follow up with client to close the request. 

  • Support senior management in operational planning and execution. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Graduation or above degree from a recognized university. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. 

  • Proactive and able to work independently. 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

collections, MIS reporting, and stakeholder coordination
