About the Role

Description

* This position is contingent upon a future opening with Gunnison.


Salary: $75,000-$85,000/year


Work location: On-site, Washington, DC.

  • Provide on-site IT support to ~100+ users across enterprise systems and tools. 
  • Monitor and respond to support requests through centralized inbox/ticketing workflows. 
  • Troubleshoot issues related to system access, permissions, and functionality. 
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes and system provisioning. 
  • Assist users with Salesforce, SharePoint, and collaboration tools. 
  • Coordinate issue resolution with development and technical teams. 
  • Track and document support requests and resolutions. 
  • Provide basic user guidance and training as needed.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years IT support experience. 
  • Experience supporting enterprise systems and users. 
  • Experience using ticketing or case management systems. 
  • Strong communication and customer service skills. 
  • Experience troubleshooting user-level issues. 
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (SharePoint preferred). 
  • Federal experience preferred. 
  • Experience supporting on-site users. 
  • CompTIA A+ certification
  • ITIL Foundation certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Microsoft certifications (M365, SharePoint) 
  • Masters degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field


The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
Gunnison Consulting Group's total compensation package also includes bonus and profit-sharing opportunities, depending on company and employee performance. Available employee benefits include:
