About the Role

Description

* This position is contingent upon a future opening with Gunnison.


Salary: $110,000-$120,000/year


Work location: On-site, Washington, DC. Remote will be allowed with federal client approval.

  • Work directly with stakeholders to define requirements across policy-driven workflows, web content updates, and enterprise business processes. 
  • Translate user needs into clear, actionable backlog items and acceptance criteria aligned to Drupal, Salesforce, and supporting systems. 
  • Support development teams by clarifying requirements, refining user stories, and resolving questions during sprint execution. 
  • Participate in testing activities, including validating system changes, supporting user acceptance testing, and verifying functionality of web and application updates. 
  • Review and remediate documentation, ensuring system changes, workflows, and user guides are accurate and aligned with implemented functionality. 
  • Support enhancements to Drupal and SharePoint-based environments, including assisting with content structure, user workflows, and usability improvements. 
  • Work closely with developers to triage issues, support defect resolution, and ensure successful deployment of enhancements. 
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical users to ensure requirements are fully understood and correctly implemented. 


Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience supporting business analysis within IT programs. 
  • Experience working closely with development teams in Agile delivery environments (backlog refinement, sprint support). 
  • Working familiarity with Drupal, SharePoint, or similar web/content management systems. 
  • Experience supporting testing, validation, or defect resolution activities. 
  • Experience translating business and user needs into structured requirements and user stories. 
  • Experience supporting systems that combine web platforms and enterprise applications. 
  • Strong ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • CBAP or CCBA certification
  • Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or equivalent)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field 

Clearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Federal experience preferred.
  • Masters degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field


The salary range for this position depends upon multiple factors including location, the individual's knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, and contract-specific budget constraints and organizational requirements.
