About the Role

Deep Sync is the industry leader in deterministic identity and AI-powered data solutions. Leveraging our 35-year foundation of compiling direct mail-grade datasets, Deep Sync develops data-first technologies that power marketing, measurement, AI, and business intelligence for agencies and brands with our fully deterministic identity graph, privacy-first audiences, comprehensive data solutions, and integrations with leading platforms and cloud providers.


Position Overview


Deep Sync is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to be a core member of our US engineering team. This individual will make significant technical contributions to the design and development of our AI-first products and platforms. This role requires a skilled technical professional with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced, remote environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop complex features and components of our AI-first product portfolio, from design through to deployment.
  • Contribute significantly to creating cutting-edge customer interaction platforms, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and user-friendly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define, architect, and ship new features.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence through code reviews and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering large-scale software products.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience working in Ad-Tech industry is a bonus

Location: Kirkland, WA. This role requires in-office presence five days a week.
