About the Role

Join our team at Groove Toyota! We’re currently seeking a friendly, dependable, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment, providing great customer experiences, and working with a supportive team — we’d love to meet you!


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
  • Provide basic information to customers regarding dealership services
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
  • Support sales, service, and other dealership departments with clerical duties.
  • Communicate effectively with sales, service, and management teams

Qualifications:

  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)

Requirements

  • Must pass a background check
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug test
  • Valid driver’s license preferred (depending on dealership requirements)
  • Bilingual preferred
