Welcome to OneEighty a safe place, a source of hope and new direction. We’re a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping people in and around Wayne and Holmes counties in Ohio. We provide comprehensive addiction, domestic violence, mental health and behavioral health services and operate multiple care facilities throughout our service areas.

OneEighty is seeking to hire full-time Mid-shift, full-time Floater, and PRN (as needed), Residential Support Specialists. In this position you will assist in the treatment program and oversee the general functioning of the residential house. 

The ideal candidate will have the following knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree in Social Services preferred. Must have CDCA licensure or ability to attain within first 90 days of hire. Experience working with alcoholics and/or drug abusers preferred. Familiarity with the 12 STEP philosophy.
  • May not currently receive clinical services at OneEighty. 
  • If in recovery must have two years of continuous sobriety. 
  • Must be trained in administering Narcan.
  • Must be certified in CPR and First Aid or able to attain certification. 
  • Must submit to yearly Criminal Background Check.
  • Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number for billing purposes.
  • Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows the individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty’s vehicle insurance. Local travel may be required.
  • Ability to use a computer; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel. Experience with Electronic Health Record preferred.
  • Ability to facilitate and maintain productive communication while maintaining a professional relationship with clients and coworkers. Ability to work as a team.
  • Must maintain appropriate boundaries with clients as set forth in OneEighty Policies and Procedures.

Work Schedule: Non-exempt, hourly. Schedule and hours vary. This position will be required to work all shifts and some weekends.

Immediate Supervisor: Residential Operations Manager and House Team Leader

Pay: 15.00 starting pay. Increases dependent on education, certification and experience.

           15.00 starting pay for regular FT (30+ hours) 2nd shift positions, plus $2 shift differential

          15.00 starting pay for regular (30+ hours) 3rd shift positions, plus $1 shift differential
