About the Role:

The Kitchen role is essential in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of food preparation and service within a culinary environment. This position focuses on maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene while supporting the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The individual will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking menu items according to established recipes, and assisting with inventory management. Collaboration with cooks, servers, and management is key to meeting customer expectations and operational goals. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety standards.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or food service environment.
  • Certification in food safety or sanitation (e.g., ServSafe).
  • Familiarity with various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
