Employment Type: Seasonal full-time 6/1/2026 - 8/31/2026
Compensation Structure: $21 - $23 hourly DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Requirements
What You'll Do
The Maintenance Technician supports all aspects of the property's maintenance, appearance, and service needs under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor. This role handles service requests, preventative maintenance, capital projects, and apartment turnover processes to keep the property safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete resident service requests in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and service expectations.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and other building systems.
- Conduct unit inspections for move-in readiness and perform make-ready processes throughout the year and during peak turnover.
- Assist with preventative maintenance efforts and support in-house projects and capital improvements as assigned.
- Regularly inspect grounds, buildings, and community areas to identify and address safety hazards, liability concerns, and cleanliness issues.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 1-2 years of experience in property maintenance, building systems repair, or a related maintenance role required.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general building systems preferred.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- HVAC I and II Certification preferred.
- CPO Certification preferred.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of insurance.
