Job Description

  • Provide hands‑on support to the BE Delivery Lead to secure strategic alignment and measurable value realisation.
  • Lead end‑to‑end PMO steering across all streams: status consolidation, risk management, and orchestration of project ceremonies.

  • Proactively surface strategic, operational, and delivery risks, ensuring early visibility and mitigation.

  • Break down silos by facilitating fast, cross‑functional issue resolution.

  • Challenge plans, assumptions, and delivery approaches with a constructive, solution‑oriented mindset.

  • Produce executive‑level reporting enriched with insights, trends, and decision‑ready analysis.

  • Support leadership with fact‑based recommendations to accelerate decision‑making.

  • Continuously refine and strengthen governance frameworks for the Belgian implementation.

  • Promote a culture of change adoption and continuous improvement in Ways of Working.

  • Coordinate closely with the Global PMO to ensure alignment on steering, reporting, and governance.

  • Prepare high‑quality materials for executive ceremonies, committees, and governance bodies.

  • Act as a trusted representative of the Belgian program in Group‑level steering when required.

Qualifications

  • Senior experience in large‑scale transformation programmes, especially those involving IT re‑platforming and operating model evolution.

  • A solid 5–10 years of experience in program and project management within complex, multi‑stream environments.

  • A professional background in the IT sector is essential; experience in the energy sector is a strong plus.

  • MUST be fully fluent in FR / NL / EN
