About the Role

Description

 Miller Edge, Inc. is seeking a  Entry Level Production Assembler to assemble fabricated parts and components using hand and power tools according to standard work instructions and product specifications. This entry-level role works under close supervision and is ideal for individuals with 0–1 year of experience seeking a career in manufacturing.  

Requirements

 Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble parts anid sub-assemblies per standard work instructions
  • Read and follow assembly and measurement instructions
  • Prepare materials, tools, and workstations
  • Measure, test, and inspect components to meet specifications
  • Use hand tools, machines, and basic computer systems
  • Meet production cycle times and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety regulations
  • Report defects or equipment issues to supervisors
  • Cross-train n other assembly areas as needed

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 0–1 year of general or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Basic math, reading, and computer skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged standing and repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
  • Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment and varying temperatures
