You will engage in structured consultative sales discussions, both in peron and virtually, ultimately serving as a business advisor towards your customers. </p><p> </p><p><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in sales, optimally outside sales within the building materials or construction industries</li><li>Prior knowledge of, or work with, closet storage solutions and product offerings, is strongly preferred</li><li>Eager to learn, with a passion for providing solutions to customers and a drive to achieve successful sales growth</li><li>Knowledge or experience within these areas is preferred: building materials, bathroom or kitchen cabinetry, closets, millwork, etc.</li><li>Highly motivated, able to self-direct and manage your own time and responsibilities, organize and plan </li><li>Able to learn and proficiently use our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) program to track daily activitiy, plan and optimize sales calls, and follow up with customers' requests or needs</li><li>PProficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks</li></ul><p><strong>Compensation and Benefits</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive market-based salary plus monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions</li><li>Monthly car allowance and covered fuel</li><li>Business expense reimbursement</li><li>Group insurance program (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, etc.)</li><li>Employee Stock Purchase Plan with employer matching</li><li>401(K) with employer matching</li><li>Company smart phone</li><li>Paid vacation time, sick days, and holidays</li></ul><p><span data-teams="true">We are an equal opportunity employer.</span></p><p>#RichelieuSR</p>
