DEPARTMENT: Quality Management Center
Position Summary
Under the direction of the Vice President, this role monitors foster care litigation orders and heightened oversight requirements, tracks outcomes, and supports the development of quality improvement plans to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor staff performance related to court orders, remedial plans, and required outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver timely reports to leadership.
- Coordinate documentation submission and ensure timely completion for stakeholders and auditors.
- Collaborate with case management, quality improvement teams, and external agencies, including court monitors and SSCC partners.
- Assist in developing and implementing continuous quality improvement (CQI) plans.
- Provide guidance and training to staff to support compliance and process improvement.
- Maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Travel as needed for meetings, training, or agency business.
- Promote cultural sensitivity, teamwork, and organizational values.
Qualifications
- Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required (Master’s preferred) with at least two years of child welfare experience.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and presentation abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and standard office software
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (if driving for agency business)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
