Recruitment Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Recruiter with strong expertise in Engineering and Bulk Hiring across O&M, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors. The candidate should have hands-on experience in handling end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, especially engineering and manufacturing positions, within tight timelines.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent sourcing skills, stakeholder management abilities, and experience in managing volume hiring drives while ensuring quality closures.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
Understand hiring requirements from internal stakeholders and hiring managers
Source, screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews
Coordinate interview processes and follow up till candidate joins
Manage salary negotiations and offer rollouts
Ensure timely closure of positions within the defined TAT
Engineering & Manufacturing Hiring
Recruit for engineering and manufacturing roles such as:
Service Engineers
Production Engineers
Electrical Engineers
Mechanical Engineers
Site Engineers
Quality Engineers
Project Coordinators
Maintenance Engineers
Supervisors & Technicians
Source candidates from renewable energy, wind energy, automotive, heavy engineering, fabrication, EPC, and manufacturing industries
Bulk / Volume Hiring
Manage large-scale hiring requirements across IT and Non-IT domains
Conduct walk-in drives, campus hiring, and mass recruitment campaigns
Coordinate with colleges, institutes, and external recruitment partners
Build strong candidate pipelines for ongoing and future requirements
Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Use job portals like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, references, and social media platforms for sourcing
Perform headhunting for niche and critical engineering roles
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Generate regular recruitment MIS reports
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
Coordinate closely with department heads and management teams
Provide timely recruitment updates and hiring reports
Maintain strong candidate engagement to minimize dropouts
Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
Strong exposure to Engineering and Bulk Hiring
Experience hiring for IT, Non-IT, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors
Good understanding of technical and non-technical profiles
Excellent sourcing and headhunting capabilities
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate
Candidates from a staffing/recruitment consultancy background preferred
Experience in renewable energy or engineering recruitment will be an added advantage
Candidates residing in or around Coimbatore preferred
Immediate joiners preferred
Qualification
Any Graduate / MBA HR preferred
