About the Role
We are looking for organized and detail-oriented Database Coordinators to join our Recruitment Operations team remotely.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating candidate records, verifying candidate information, organizing recruitment data, and supporting recruitment operations through accurate and updated database management.
This role is focused on maintaining a live and operational recruitment database to support hiring activities across the F&B industry in Saudi Arabia.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, and candidates with basic experience in HR, Recruitment, Customer Service, or Call Center industry are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
-Update and maintain candidate profiles and recruitment database records.
-Contact candidates via WhatsApp and phone calls to verify and update information.
-Confirm candidate details.
-Organize and categorize candidate profiles based on positions and skill sets.
-Add and manage tags and classifications for easier recruitment search and filtering.
-Maintain updated records of candidate availability and status.
-Support recruiters by preparing updated candidate pools and shortlists.
-Track and update candidate activity and interaction history.
-Ensure database accuracy and completeness.
-Identify inactive or invalid candidate records.
-Assist in maintaining ready candidate pools for high-demand positions.
-Generate daily or weekly updating reports when required.
Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or current student in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields is preferred.
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Candidates with basic experience in HR, Recruitment, Customer Service, or Call Center industry are encouraged to apply.
-English Level Must be B2 or above.
-Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
-Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, or data entry systems.
-Ability to handle large amounts of data accurately.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Good communication and coordination skills.
-Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
-Professional communication skills via WhatsApp and phone calls.
Preferred
-Previous exposure to recruitment operations or staffing industry is a plus.
-Basic understanding of recruitment workflows.
-Experience handling databases or customer records is an advantage.
