About the Role
<p>You will be the CEO's right hand in Brazil. This is not a job for someone who wants a job. It is a 6 to 9 month apprenticeship with the CEO, after which you take over as Country Manager Brazil. You will own the relationship, the entity, and the market. The role is built so that you outgrow it.<br>dehaze is building the AI infrastructure for earlier chronic disease detection. We unify messy, unstructured health data across networks to catch what doctors miss - 31% of chronic diagnoses that are currently overlooked. We have signed the first customers in Brazil and plan to grow 10x year over year. Brazil is our most important market today, and the person we hire here will define how dehaze wins it.<br>You will be our first full-time hire on the ground in Brazil. You will open doors that the CEO cannot open from Munich. For the first six to nine months, you work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO in São Paulo (he’ll move to Brazil for 6 months), and on every customer call when he's not. You get the full dehaze exposure: customers, regulators, lawyers, advisors. Then you take the wheel. </p>

<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Open doors with customers</strong>. You research, prioritize, and reach the right people at our customers. You will identify the internal champions and set up the meetings with the relevant stakeholders. In the first months, you sit in every call with the CEO. By month six, you are leading them.</li>
<li><strong>Navigate the regulatory ground</strong>. You build and maintain our relationships with regulators and regulatory advisors. RN 452, RN 561, RN 593, LGPD obligations for sensitive health data — you don't need to know this on day one, but you will own it within six months.</li>
<li><strong>Build the Brazil backbone</strong>. CLT/PJ structuring, lawyers, payroll, banking, office logistics, local insurance, vendor contracts - the unsexy admin layer that must exist before we can scale. You set it up and you run it.</li>
<li><strong>Plug us into the ecosystem</strong>. You build dehaze's presence in the Brazilian healthtech ecosystem: events, roundtables, peer founders, future talent pipeline. You’ll grow into the face of dehaze in Brazil.</li>
<li><strong>Co-own deal execution end-to-end</strong>. Materials, proposals, follow-ups, contract reviews with legal counsel. You prepare every customer conversation and own the follow-through.</li>
<li><strong>Be the CEO's eyes, ears, and second brain on the ground.</strong> You catch the things he cannot catch from Munich. You translate not just language, but context. You bring problems early and with options, not late and without.</li>

<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>2-4 years of experience</strong> in a high-output environment. Top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, a fast scaleup, or anything where you visibly overperformed. Healthcare experience is a plus but not required. The context matters less than the intensity and the trajectory.</li>
<li><strong>Relentlessly execution-oriented</strong>. You don't wait for instructions. You see a gap, you fill it. You see a problem, you fix it. You don't confuse motion with progress.</li>
<li><strong>A natural door-opener.</strong> You are comfortable cold-emailing and calling potential customers, comfortable walking into a meeting with senior executives, comfortable being the youngest person in the room and still earning trust. You build relationships fast and you keep them.</li>
<li><strong>Structured and detail-obsessed.</strong> Your documents are clean. Your timelines hold. You catch errors before anyone else does. You understand that trust with customers and regulators is built through a thousand small things done right.</li>
<li><strong>Tech-native.</strong> You use AI tools daily. You can set up a workflow, write a prompt, automate the boring parts of your own job without asking for help.</li>
<li><strong>Languages:</strong> Native Brazilian Portuguese is non-negotiable. You will be the voice of dehaze with every customer, regulator, and partner in Brazil.</li>
