S&P Global is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of APAC Revenue to drive growth and expand our presence throughout the Asia-Pacific region for our Managed Corporate Actions data service and Information Mosaic corporate actions processing solutions, including SaaS products IMActions, IMConnecting, IMAnalytics, and IMBridge.
The Team:
Our revenue leadership team is a highly motivated, client-focused group dedicated to overseeing all revenue-generating activities. We collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maximize business opportunities and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities and Impact:
As Head of APAC Revenue, you will play a critical role in shaping our regional strategy and achieving ambitious revenue goals. The position requires outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and coordination abilities, and a broad understanding of financial markets—especially within the corporate actions space. Experience in revenue generation, business development, and complex relationship management is essential. You will be responsible for building and nurturing senior-level client relationships, delivering compelling presentations and proposals, and leading contract negotiations with a high-performing, cross-functional team.
Key Duties & Accountabilities:
• Spearhead and execute new business initiatives across the APAC region
• Develop strategic external partnerships to enhance solution offerings and drive revenues
• Manage and strengthen the revenue pipeline; prospect, assess, and advance opportunities
• Oversee accurate tracking and reporting of customer and transactional data in Salesforce®
• Coordinate resources across the revenue cycle, including product, operations, and support teams
• Provide transparent reporting on pipeline and forecasts using Salesforce®
• Maintain a keen awareness of market trends, competitors, and emerging products
• Lead and participate in company growth initiatives, including strategy sessions, training, marketing campaigns, and customer engagement activities
• Travel as necessary within APAC to cultivate customer relationships and support business objectives
• Foster excellent communication across all levels of management, customers, and internal teams
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and market developments relevant to corporate actions
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree required; graduate degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in revenue leadership, business development, or account management, with a strong record of driving growth
• Deep understanding of procurement, operations, and corporate actions within financial markets
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and the capacity to engage at the highest organizational levels
• Prior experience managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives in financial services
Management Requirements:
• Proven leadership experience working with financial services clients across APAC
• Ability to partner effectively with diverse internal teams
• Demonstrated success in leading, motivating, and developing high-performing teams
Personal Competencies:
• Exceptional track record of exceeding revenue targets, especially in selling complex solutions and intangible value propositions in highly competitive markets
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and client relationships simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• Strong deadline orientation and adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience communicating across cultures within the APAC region; additional language skills are a plus
• Quick learner who demonstrates initiative, collaboration, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Team player, eager to thrive and grow within a rapidly changing business landscape
