Any bachelor’s degree
Experience:
At least 6 years’ experience managing recruitment function
Mandatory Skills:
Able to decide / determine if employee is qualified for promotion via assessment and validation (interview, review of PA, etc.)
Able to anticipate vacancies, manpower projections and succession or replacement strategies through an efficient manpower planning system
Able to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality information security policies assigned to him / her.
Able to establish structure and procedures to protect classified information.
Able to report information security related incidents without any delay to the right authority.
Roles & responsibilities:
Sets strategies for meeting manpower requirements of the organization
Works with the Business Development/ Account Management team/ Requisitioning Department in establishing the specific manpower requirements, rates and timelines of a specific business group.
Source and implements appropriate assessment tools to ensure quality placement of talents / skills.
Contacts colleges or other institutions to arrange campus or on-site interviews. Provides information on company facilities and job opportunities to potential applicants.
Manages the First steps orientation for new hires
Interfaces and negotiates with clients regarding job specifications / requirements in relations to their present and future plans
Conducts in-depth behavioural interviews and comes up with a profile on the "fit” of the candidate to any position within the organization or for promotion
Provides key strategic advice and / or participates in decisions regarding the recruitment, selection and placement of key management and technical people
Headhunts and builds manpower pool of seasoned and experienced candidates for the position she is handling
Designs recruitment, selection and placement systems (SOPPs) that support the organization’s business set-up
Utilizes the following sourcing mechanisms:
Creates a network for the accounts she is handling, e.g. membership to professional organizations, HR persons in other companies, and prospective candidates
