This individual must be comfortable balancing tactical execution with longer-term operational planning and process improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will bring a strong manufacturing background with the ability to lead from the floor, solve problems in real time, support supervisors and frontline teams, and drive operational results through direct involvement and visible leadership presence.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, throughput, labor efficiency, and production reliability.
- Partner closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Quality teams to resolve operational issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Develop and implement practical process improvements that support scalable and repeatable production operations.
- Coach and develop supervisors and frontline production leadership while building a strong culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational discipline.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards across all manufacturing activities.
- Support hiring, workforce planning, employee development, and performance management for manufacturing teams.
- Track and manage operational metrics including productivity, quality, scrap, rework, labor utilization, and delivery performance.
- Assist leadership with operational planning, capacity discussions, budgeting, and facility growth initiatives.
- Serve as the primary operational leader for the Houston manufacturing site and provide hands-on support during periods of high production demand or operational escalation.
