Job Description
Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, complaints, conflicts, and disciplinary cases.
- Conduct investigations related to workplace concerns and provide recommendations for resolution.
- Support managers in handling employee performance, misconduct, and behavioral issues in line with company policy and labor law.
- Ensure fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Policy & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and HR practices.
- Review, update, and communicate HR policies, employee handbook, and related procedures.
- Support audits and prepare documentation related to labor compliance and employee records.
- Coordinate with legal advisors or external authorities when necessary.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive working environment.
- Organize employee communication sessions, engagement activities, and culture-building programs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on workplace issues.
- Support internal communication related to HR policies and employee relations topics.
HR Operations Support
- Maintain accurate employee relations records and case documentation.
- Prepare reports and analysis on employee relations trends, turnover, disciplinary cases, and engagement feedback.
- Collaborate with recruitment, payroll, and HRBP teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes when required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or HR Generalist role.
- Strong understanding of Vietnam Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience handling disciplinary cases, conflict resolution, and employee investigations.
- Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
