About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Operation Account Manager to join our team. Our team manages change and qualification / verification activities during production, to align & secure supply commitment and fulfill business expectations / goal. Our team also supports and enables strategic expansion & transition, develops, facilitates and enhances production processes and drives improvements.

What you'll be doing:

  • Help to define, manage and facilitate revolutionary processes to enable effective product change management, qualification and transition.

  • Help to ensure perfect execution by driving readiness at manufacturing suppliers.

  • Work with a cross functional team to monitor readiness, manage execution, identify gaps and address them effectively and efficiently.

  • Align and work with cross functional team to drive continuous improvements.

  • Necessary international business travel and onsite support.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 5 years of experience in program management in a manufacturing/supply chain environment of Optical Product industry, especially Copper Cables, AOCs, Optical Transceivers related.

  • Current knowledge of world class supply chain management practices.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP, Power BI is plus.

  • Ability to be flexible, be readily adaptable and work in a rapidly and constantly changing environment.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve issues and challenges.

  • Excellent communications skills, ability to work well independently under pressure and as a team player.

  • Well organized, attention to details, good follow-up and follow through skills.

  • Ability to think strategically, while driving tactical program execution.
