Training Services Account Specialist

Job Summary:
The Training Services Account Specialist is responsible for working independently and leading the resolution of varied and non-routine complex training sales challenges, exercising independent judgment and creative solutioning, to achieve revenue targets. The Training Services Account Specialist 4 may coordinate the activities of other team members (team lead) to ensure successful completion of projects and assignments. This role is responsible for mentoring and providing guidance and advice to new team members. This role develops and implements training strategies for key accounts, mentors junior team members, and contributes to the overall success of the training sales function.
Note: This role may come into contact with confidential or sensitive customer information requiring special treatment in accordance with Red Hat policies and applicable privacy laws.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training strategies for key accounts, aligning with customer business objectives.
- Lead the development of complex training proposals and presentations for key accounts.
- Mentor and coach junior team members on training sales processes and best practices.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts, driving training sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new training opportunities.
