So, what is this job? We are looking to hire a meticulous, trustworthy individuals to take
the lead on keeping our facilities sparkling. You are the person who ensures that when a resident
walks into our amenities or offices, their first thought is, "Wow, it looks great in here."
The goal is simple: Keep our buildings, offices, and amenities in a clean, orderly, and sanitary
condition. If you love the satisfaction of a freshly mopped floor and hate seeing a dust bunny, we
want to talk to you.
Let’s Have Some "Real Talk" (The Nitty Gritty):
-Yes, it’s Cleaning: We are talking about bathrooms, floors, and trash. It’s not glamorous
work, but it is the most important work for our resident experience.
-You Need to be Self-Motivated: You won't have a boss hovering over your shoulder
while you dust. We need to trust that you are doing the job right, even when no one is
watching.
-It’s Physical: You will be moving, bending, reaching for ceiling vents, and carrying
cleaning supplies for your whole shift.
The "Superpowers" We Need:
-The "Eagle Eye": You see the dirt that others miss. A smudge on the window or a
cobweb in the corner doesn't stand a chance against you.
-The Chemical Wizard: You know your products. You understand Safety Data Sheets
(MSDS) and know which chemicals banish germs and which ones should never be
mixed.
-The Trustworthy Soloist: Integrity is everything. You treat our facilities with respect
and handle your duties with total honesty.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing:
-The Full Sweep: Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents in
designated facility areas.
-Restroom Rescue: Deep cleaning toilets, sinks, and mirrors to keep them sanitary and
fresh.
-Supply Command: Stocking and maintaining supply rooms. You ensure we never run
out of soap or paper towels.
-See Something, Say Something: Performing routine inspections and notifying
management immediately if you see a deficiency (like a leaky faucet) or a need for
repairs.
-Health & Safety: Following all health and safety regulations strictly.
The Schedule (Please Read!): This is a full-time position.
-Set Schedule with additional availability: We are looking for someone who can work a consistent schedule M-F but has the ability to adjust a schedule if needed based on the facility needs.
Requirements
The Must-Haves:
-Experience: At least 2 years working experience as a cleaner (we need someone who knows the
ropes). Preferred experience working at recreation facilities or amenity centers.
-Knowledge: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and Material Safety Data
Sheets (MSDS).
-Integrity: High level of reliability and honesty.
-Reliable Transportation: You must have a reliable way to get to work on time, every
time.
