We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support our leadership team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for someone with solid executive support experience who enjoys managing priorities, coordinating operations, and keeping teams organized and efficient. You will work closely with leadership, helping drive day-to-day execution while ensuring smooth administrative and operational processes.

Your Impact
As an Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting daily executive operations and ensuring organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, and scheduling coordination
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics
- Support communication between leadership, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Prepare presentations, reports, and business documents
- Assist with email and task management to help maintain organization and follow-ups
- Track timelines, deliverables, and ongoing projects
- Help optimize administrative workflows and operational processes
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and administrative documentation
- Conduct research and gather information to support business initiatives
- Maintain a high level of organization, professionalism, and confidentiality
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in Executive Assistant, Administrative, or Operations Support roles
- Fully fluent English communication skills
- Experience managing calendars, meetings, travel coordination, and administrative processes
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling or collaboration tools
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs
- Professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working with technology and digital tools
- Long-term, full-time availability
