We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Hospice Liaison to join a growing hospice organization in Madison, Alabama. This field-based position is ideal for a healthcare sales professional who thrives on building referral relationships, growing territory business, and making a meaningful impact within hospice care.
The Hospice Liaison will be responsible for developing new referral sources, managing established accounts, and partnering closely with clinical and intake teams to support patient admissions and hospice growth throughout the local territory.
This opportunity offers strong earning potential through uncapped commissions, autonomy in the field, and the ability to directly influence both income and organizational growth.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
- Field-based role within a defined local territory
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain referral relationships within the local healthcare community
- Grow hospice census through new business development and account management
- Manage and expand an established territory and book of business
- Collaborate closely with intake and clinical teams to support patient transitions
- Conduct ongoing outreach to physicians, hospitals, facilities, and community partners
- Utilize CRM tools to manage accounts, referral activity, and territory planning
- Represent the organization professionally within the community and healthcare market
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with referral sources
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $70,000 – $80,000
- Uncapped monthly commission structure

Requirements
