The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Essential Functions: 

  1. Coordinates with hiring managers and assists with the assessment of recruitment/placement needs
  2. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  3. Coordinates the recruitment process for permanent and temporary employees, including but not limited to the following:
  • Posts open roles to various recruitment job boards with diligent follow-up.
  • Conducts screening and placement interviews and appraises candidates’ qualifications
  • Assists with recommending appointments, promotions, transfers, and training assignments
  • Manages candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate, and close all offers
  • Attends and participates in job fairs and other recruiting sessions
  1. Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field by reading appropriate books, journals and other literature and attending related seminars, conferences, and the like
  2. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies, including but not limited to the Joint Commission Standards 
  3. Assists in maintaining Joint Commission Standards and Performance Improvement Plans
  4. Performs other related duties, as assigned


WE LOOK FOR:

  • Bachelor’s degree with specialized courses in a business-related or Human Resources discipline.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years previous human resources experience.
