Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Operations Associate to join our team in Lebanon. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily human resources activities. Job PurposeThe primary purpose of this role is to support daily HR operations by maintaining accurate employee records, processing payroll inputs, and assisting with recruitment coordination, all while ensuring compliance with Lebanese labor law and delivering efficient administrative support to the HR team.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with accuracy
- Process payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate data submission
- Assist with recruitment coordination including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses regarding HR policies and procedures
- Manage document management tasks including filing, archiving, and organizing HR documents
- Support scheduling and calendar management for HR-related meetings and events
- Ensure compliance with Lebanese labor law in all HR operations and record-keeping
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Strong attention to detail for data entry and document management
- Basic knowledge of Lebanese labor law
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Previous experience in HR operations or administration is a plus
