SUMMARY
Responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including inventory handling, order processing, and general material movement. Maintains organized inventory locations and assists with receiving, shipping, and inventory control activities. Works under the direct supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and safety in all warehouse functions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Pull work tickets correctly and efficiently.
· Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely if certified.
· Maintain sufficient stock levels of inventory and parts in ground level locations.
· Perform cycle counts as needed.
· Assign bin locations within the ERP system and put away incoming products.
· Support Production, Receiving, Shipping, and Facilities Departments as needed.
· Have a good understanding of ERP system and how to navigate.
· Perform daily audits of pallets and report discrepancies.
· Data entry of inventory audits in ERP System.
· Perform other duties/tasks as assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perform other duties/tasks as assigned/cross-train, abide by all rules and regulations as set forth in your employee handbook.
· Always follow all ESL safety procedures and standard operating practices.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation following 5S principles.
· Communicate with leads, supervisors, or managers to clarify instructions or report issues.
· Practice ESL’s core values in daily work and interactions.
· Cross-train in related tasks and perform other duties as assigned.
· Follow all rules, policies, and guidelines outlined in the employee handbook.

· Minimum of six months to 1 year of warehouse or related experience
· High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Effective communication skills
· Ability to multi-task
· Self-motivated
· Detail-oriented
· Understand hardware, parts and some tool knowledge

Standing 23%, sitting 4%, walking 23%, computer use 18%, bending 16%,
stooping 16%, lifting up to 50 lbs.
· Work with ladders up to 12 feet.
· Operate forklift/pallet jack
· Wear common protective or safety equipment such as safety shoes and safety glasses
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to normal operating working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
