Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high standards of quality, and fostering a positive work environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service

- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain a motivated and professional team

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

- Monitor inventory levels and manage procurement to control costs

- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction

- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve operational performance

- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere and uphold the restaurant’s brand standards

- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery


Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health standards

- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure

- Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality or management certifications are a plus
