About the Role

Die Cutter Operator (Brausse Experience Required)

Overview

Quantum Graphics is seeking a skilled Die Cutter Operator with experience operating Brausse die cutters, including full setup and make-ready.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Pay: Based on experience


Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate die-cutting equipment

  • Perform all make-ready tasks related to die cutting

  • Ensure quality standards are met during production

  • Follow safety and operational procedures


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)

  • 1–2 years of die-cutting experience (Required)

  • Mechanical aptitude

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Confidentiality

This position may have access to electronic or printed materials considered confidential by customers. Discretion is required.


Communication

Regular communication with supervisors and team members within Quantum Graphics is required.


Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

  • Standing approximately 90% of the shift; walking 10%

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

  • Must wear closed-toe shoes

  • Weekend work may be required as needed

  • Regular attendance and responsiveness to job-related directives required
