The Senior Leadership Coordinator – Training & Onboarding Specialist supports Trans Lease’s senior leadership team while owning the company’s onboarding and core training programs. This role helps keep leaders organized and aligned, ensures new hires ramp efficiently, and maintains consistent training across systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
This is an in-office role for a highly organized, professional individual who enjoys working cross-functionally in a structured, growing equipment finance organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership Support & Coordination
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, materials, and follow-ups for the senior leadership team
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and meeting summaries
- Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and internal events, including logistics and catering
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Onboarding & Training
- Own end-to-end onboarding for new hires, including scheduling and delivery
- Deliver onboarding sessions covering company overview, systems, policies, and culture
- Develop and deliver ongoing training for employees
- Coordinate and deliver company-wide training sessions as part of an ongoing training curriculum throughout the year
- Update training as systems, processes, or regulatory requirements change
Internal Events & Culture
- Coordinate internal company lunches and team gatherings
- Plan internal company parties and holiday activities (gifts, cards, events)
- Support HR and leadership initiatives related to employee engagement
Content & Reporting
- Create and maintain training materials, SOPs, and job aids
- Standardize onboarding and training content
- Track onboarding and training completion and maintain records
Requirements
WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:
- Requires frequent sitting, standing, balancing, bending or stooping for prolonged periods of time.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator and other office equipment.
- Ability to communicate by providing verbal feedback in a professional manner.
- Ability to receive and analyze data and input into the computer.
- Normal range of hearing and vision.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- 4–6+ years of experience in leadership support, training/onboarding, or a related role
- Experience in financial services, equipment finance, banking, or a regulated environment preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; Salesforce experience preferred

JOB DETAILS:
- Type: Salary
- Compensation Range: $65,000 - $80,000
- Shift: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
