About the Role

Company Description

We are a team of Allied Health Professionals that are looking to make a difference in many peoples lives who need it most!

We have two locations in Casual (near Liverpool) or Mortdale (near Bankstown) of Sydney and currently hiring for both spaces.

You'll be able to work alongside an amazing team of other Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Art Therapists, Counsellors & Allied Health Assistants.

About the role

We offer a unique opportunity for an innovative and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our compassionate and experienced team.  We are a family friendly business and offer our team a range of flexible work options such as working from home and flexible hours to suit your needs. You will be given the opportunity to work locally in your community and collaborate with like-minded allied health, education and medical professionals to provide a holistic service for families. 

The role will involve a mix of working in our clinic (face to face and Telehealth) and off-site (school, preschool and home visits) appointments.

We have a strong emphasis on empowering our staff to reach their full potential professionally and personally. We will support you to develop a specialist clinical caseload or senior roles in your area of clinical expertise.

Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance (or the ability to obtain these before commencing clinical work)
  • Commitment to personal and professional quality improvement
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
