About the Role
Your mission
Hallo und herzlich willkommen bei Sungrow! We are seeking a dedicated Repair Specialist to join our team, working on-site at our service center and office in Oberschleißheim. Curious what this role is all about? Let’s dive right in:- Resolve questions from key customers through various channels.
- Provide support and resolve questions for service partners.
- Deliver training on ticket systems.
- Manage the purchase and application of spare parts and packing materials.
- Actively collaborate with different teams and provide necessary support.
Your profile
All right, all right, that sounded exciting, didn't it? Now, to fit comfortably and effectively into this role, your ideal background should look a lot like this:- Currently studying engineering or a similar technical field, or pursuing higher education in a business-related discipline with technical relevance.
- Strong customer communication skills.
- Excellent data analysis capabilities, including proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Python.
- Ability to work independently with strong focus and attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong cross-team communication and follow-up skills, capable of coordinating among multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with knowledgebase systems or AI testing workflows.
- English C1 level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
