• A recent resume (you may use the provided template if needed)
• Your current and any previous P-number(s), including those held previously.
• Your C/D number, if you have previously been employed by Telstra.
• Government issued id: HK Passport or HK Permanent Identity Card
• A copy of your visa or documentation confirming your working rights in Hong Kong, if applicable.
Files must be submitted in JPEG, PNG, or PDF format. Additional documents may be requested by Certn as part of the background check process. Clear, legible photos of your ID documents are recommended for upload.
