Customer Service Advisor

Job Description

The Advisor I, Customer Service position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of routine problems regarding client's product or services.

Unique opportunity to be part of an exciting, short-term customer service project team. We are seeking diverse candidates with wide ranging experiences to play a crucial part in the success of this high-visibility government program.

After completing a 5 day training program this team would respond to inbound calls and provide guidance and information to all Australians.

Key Role Details:

  • Start dates throughout July
  • Hourly rate of $35.77
  • Monday to Sunday
  • Various roster options
  • Penalty rates apply
  • Brisbane CBD and Robina office locations

Who are you?

You believe quality customer service is paramount when dealing with customers. No call centre experience necessary but customer service skills are a must!

  • Must be an Australian Citizen and at least 18 years of age
  • Confident and capable in using computers and systems 
  • Passionate about customer service and an excellent communicator
